- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative research
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to identify future needs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or green tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive communication ability
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy)
