Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Maintain technology ecosystem intelligence through continuous research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech publications preferred
