Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) with 3-5 year strategic impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology forecasts and adoption strategies to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech regulatory landscapes and ethical implications
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for future technologies
