Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap including quantum AI integration and biometric interfaces
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/ML implementation ensuring compliance with future regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, nanotech, etc.)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors securing funding for innovation initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D advancement
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle design and resource optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic solutions
- Deep expertise in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product lifecycles
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and academic institutions
