Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology ROI modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
