Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop 5-year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating next-gen technologies into product ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech adoption trajectories
- Mentor R&D teams on implementing emerging technologies into production environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or venture capital with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ successful implementations)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Fintech)
