Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations with 2026+ market potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to incubate and scale future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of tech innovators and research institutions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of launching transformative digital products/services
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., MIT Technology Review, Singularity University preferred)
