- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development priorities
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, universities, and research labs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within fast-paced tech environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within innovation communities and venture capital circles
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
