Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
