Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology adoption roadmap for $1B+ portfolio
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) with 3-5 year market impact
- Design cross-functional innovation initiatives aligning with UN SDGs and ESG goals
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech disruption risks
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for prototype development and patent filings
- Mentor junior strategists and foster partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics frameworks, and climate tech regulations
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals preferred
