Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
