Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate market opportunities into scalable solutions
- Secure $10M+ in future-focused grants and partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global accelerators
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technologists in rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or climate-tech innovation
- Published research or patents in IEEE/Nature journals (2019-2023)
- Experience securing federal grants or venture funding for futuristic R&D
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Public speaking experience at TED, Web Summit, or similar forums
