Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging tech integration, specifically focusing on AI agents and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Future Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and designâto ensure alignment with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership: Spearhead the development and testing of cutting-edge prototypes to validate future tech hypotheses.
- Partnership Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with top-tier technology vendors and research institutions.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a strategic technical role, with at least 3 years focused on AI or Future Tech architecture.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and successfully executing on complex technology transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the future is constantly evolving.
