- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-potential emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) to integrate into core business operations.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and market analysis to validate innovative concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Innovation Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators, academic institutions, and startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and compelling narratives for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Oversee the integration of next-gen digital infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and long-term viability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide internal R&D teams in adopting emerging methodologies and tools to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, R&D leadership, or Emerging Tech Consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and pivot organizational strategies to align with future market demands.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
