Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions in 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with VPs to integrate future-tech capabilities into current product portfolios
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI forecasting
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Clearance for handling sensitive future-tech IP
