Qualifications

- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
