Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, academic partnerships, and acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI, quantum, or sustainability tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in emerging technology landscapes and adoption lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Credibility within global tech innovation communities (publications, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology teams across multiple continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
