Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and potential risks
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in future-focused startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (e.g., published research or keynote speaking)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
