Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI

- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI and budget optimization
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
