As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and global policy experts to develop scalable frameworks for next-gen innovations. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to commercialization while maintaining ethical standards and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap aligning with UN SDGs and emerging market demands
- Lead quantum computing implementation for logistics optimization and drug discovery
- Develop ethical AI frameworks governing autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Design carbon-neutral tech infrastructure using blockchain verification systems
- Coordinate with EU/US regulatory bodies on tech policy standardization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite investors and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) and carbon footprint assessment
- Experience with EU AI Act and US tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable tech implementations
