Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios and strategic options to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, emerging tech, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
