Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Incubate 3+ disruptive startups annually
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for emerging technologies
- Partner with UN Global Compact on SDG-aligned innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of securing $20M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
