Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks
- Certified in AI governance (e.g., CAGI) or quantum computing
