Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU tech consortiums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record scaling solutions for >1M users
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaborations
