Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision with measurable KPIs for adoption and ROI
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Analyze competitive landscapes and future market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
