Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration and system evolution leading up to 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for next-gen computing environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead high-impact research initiatives in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Quantum Readiness.
- Tech Stack Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to support emerging technologies and ensure seamless integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership and engineering teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or a similar senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
