Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing into our core ecosystem.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and technical curiosity.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of adapting to and leveraging emerging technologies to solve legacy problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
