Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI integration and system scalability.
- Lead a cross-functional team in deploying Generative AI models and autonomous agents.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies like Quantum Computing for future infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers on best practices for future-proof coding and system resilience.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, and Technical Leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI Ethics, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
