Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Document intellectual property and patent novel concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
