Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and integrate emerging technologies
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategy for future tech verticals
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
