Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Initiative.
- Lead the design and development of next-generation AI-driven architectural frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core product suite.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., neural interfaces, quantum-ready algorithms) and evaluate their viability for immediate deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met for future-proof infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that scale to high-traffic environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
