Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies to determine feasibility and impact on product lines.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, robust, and future-proof architectures for complex enterprise solutions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and clients.
- Prototyping & Proof of Concepts: Lead hands-on development of prototypes to validate new technological approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Futuristic Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain concepts, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
