Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and scalability testing for high-traffic, mission-critical applications.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate uncharted technical territory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
