Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap and architectural vision leading toward the 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) into existing ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence across all engineering departments.
- Manage a budget for technical R&D and oversee vendor partnerships with cloud providers and hardware manufacturers.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Principal Architect role.
- Proven experience designing and deploying systems at scale, handling high availability and low-latency requirements.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipeline integration and data governance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF are highly desirable.
