Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce predictive models for industry disruption and competitive positioning
- Design scalable frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
