Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish the long-term technical strategy and architecture for the company’s evolution into 2026 and beyond.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering: Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud Infra) to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Operational Excellence: Implement rigorous software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure delivery velocity and stability.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and apply them to business strategy. Experience with AI integration or next-gen computing paradigms is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
