Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data demands.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into technical reality.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
