Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems for large-scale machine learning models.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including generative AI, edge computing, and predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and setting technical standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-throughput environments.
