Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive innovation across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for future market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into corporate vision
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
