Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure $500M+ in future-focused grants and public-private partnerships
- Author annual 'Future Horizon' reports influencing industry standards
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Clearance for US government innovation initiatives
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
