Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and reporting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
