Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
