Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local Indianapolis market.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with broader business goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
