Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to track client progress and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to resolve client issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
