Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and promotional displays
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
- Train new associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
