Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in warehouse and retail floor areas
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram specifications
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available to start shifts between 4 AM - 6 AM daily
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude in fast-paced environments
