Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain sensitive data across multiple databases and CRM systems
- Perform daily data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and company data
- Utilize 10-key typing and data entry tools with minimum 98% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with healthcare/financial data systems highly desirable
