- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies using Excel and SQL tools
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure 24/7 data pipeline continuity
- Generate weekly performance reports using Power BI dashboards
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Oracle databases
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
