Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy through cross-validation techniques
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data trends for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow continuity
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining precision in high-pressure scenarios
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with remote supervision
- Strong attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Associate degree in Data Management or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods with ergonomic workstation accommodations
