Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data across multiple platforms with 99.5%+ precision
- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality control audits
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Utilize proprietary software to maintain organized digital records
- Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless data continuity
- Generate weekly performance reports for department leadership
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Proven ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
